Indian recipe: Puliyogare dish

Recipe Ingredients to prepare puliyogare dish:

• 2 cups cooked long grain rice
• 4tablespoon of Puliyogare paste
• 2 medium Green Chilli (splited)
• 2 Tablespoon oil
• 8-10 Curry Leaves
• Salt as per taste

cooking Method to puliyogare dish:

• Heat the oil in the pan.
• Add the puliyogare paste.
• Fry for a min till a nice aroma comes out.
• Now add the cooked rice , salt and mix well.
• Serve hot with Raita.
• Instead of Rice , this can even be made with cooked rice noodles.
